CAM at OIB has been a breath of fresh air for a newly elected homeowner board. They jumped in and helped the new board when the 351 home community was turned over to the homeowners. In the past since myself being on the Board, with the previous management company, I knew the Board was waiting almost 6-7 weeks for the average monthly reports to come in, and by the time they got edited, approved, and posted on the website, the entire HOA Property Owners were seeing things 2-3 months behind in reporting.

I just bought a condo and being new in town I went to CAM for information and help in getting things done with my new purchase.
