For the continued great effort that you are doing monthly, in getting this accounting reporting information to me/us.
In the past since myself being on the Board, with the previous management company, I knew the Board was waiting almost 6-7 weeks for the average monthly reports to come in, and by the time they got edited, approved, and posted on the website, the entire HOA Property Owners were seeing things 2-3 months behind in reporting.
